PLEASE NOTE:
We are in the process of relocating to larger premises.
As a result, the Online Shop will be down for a while. I will be glad to answer all enquiries by E-mail while the web site and new premises are being updated. Sorry for any inconvienience.

NOT debit your card until you have emailed back to us a

the goods despatched.

| It is our hope that you will be
pleased with your purchases and to that end we check every item

are not happy with the goods we will be pleased to refund the
price on receipt of the goods back at our workshops in a saleable
condition within 14 days of the date of despatch.
Should transit damage occur
please return the item to us, briefly giving us any information
which might assist in identifying the cause of damage ( e.g.
condition of package ) thus helping us to avoid further similar
damages.

Special
note:- Care of your horn products
Once again please remember that horn has been a living, growing
material and as such dislikes both detergents and hot water quite
a lot and positively hates dishwashers - the best way to clean
hornware is with luke warm water and a cloth. The only exception to this rule is whisky beakers which simply
require rinsing out with a little more whisky! After swilling the
waste 'cleaning' whisky around the beaker a couple of times and
ensuring the item is thoroughly clean, the waste should be
carefully poured down your throat thereby avoiding any serious
contamination threat to sinks. |
